In-stock items

Returns/exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase for major issues/failure.

Major issues vs Minor issues:

Due to the nature of CNC machining, and the manufacturing methods used, minor defects may be present in the end product.

Minor defects include:

• Minor machining marks
• Minor anodising discolouration
• Minor hook marks

Major defects include:

• Large scratches, or dents on the exterior of the product
• Dead PCBS
• Incorrect item received
• Cases that do not fit/assemble

Pre-order / Group buy items

You are entitled to refund your pre-order by email at any point until your item has dispatched our Melbourne Warehouse.

Change of Mind

We reserve the right to offer returns for change of mind at our discretion. Once an item has shipped, we do not offer any change of mind returns or exchanges.

Returns

In order to initiate the returns procedure, complete the order support form.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items to us.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is recommended you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
