    HIBI ships domestically and internationally, from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

    IMPORTANT NOTE

    Imports, duties, and taxes are all the responsibility of the customer.

    Refusal to pay duties will result in your order being cancelled minus the TOTAL shipping cost (inclusive of return) and any other applicable fees (for example, credit card fees).

    The following limitations on shipping also apply:

    • The UK has a minimum order value of $180.00 USD
    • HIBI is currently unable to ship to the following countries: Russia, and Ukraine.
    • HIBI does not offer shipping to PO Boxes/Parcel lockers.

     Fulfilment times / Delivery

    • HIBI endeavours to ship all in-stock products within 3-5 business days.
    • HIBI cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, once an order has left our warehouse.
    • Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.
    • Pre-order products will not ship immediately, and will be dispatched once they've been received and pass QC at our Melbourne warehouse.
    • Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed.
