    Hey everyone!

    Firstly, thank you immensely for all the support this past year and the years prior.

    As 2024 comes to a close, we wanted to provide an update on where our outstanding pre-orders are. 

    But before we do, here’s a quick look at what we launched and delivered in 2024.

    This list leaves off the many collaboration keycaps - which don’t need to be called out separately!

    Personally, the highlight for us was putting our best bud Hibiki on a keycap, of which 50% ($2,500) of the proceeds were donated to Arctic Rescue Victoria. We’re excited to do more keycaps for good in 2025.

    We also had the pleasure of hosting two warehouse events and would love to see even more of you at the next one in 2025.

    Now to the outstanding pre-orders:

    • PBT OFFICE BEIGE: We recently visited our manufacturers in China and, upon inspection - requested that half a dozen of the keys be re-done. We expect to have these shipped to us in mid-January, meaning they will ship to customers sometime in February. We’re glad we caught this overseas, unlike when the sets arrived.
    • HIBI & COSMOS: In production - we expect to deliver this to customers/vendors in the next 3-4 months.
    • GMK Darling: GMK keyset is in production, and GMK has been paid in full. HIBI keycaps are also well into production.
    • POCKET PULLER: production is complete, and these units are currently being assembled. We expect to deliver this project in January.
    • HIBIKI R2: this project will enter production shortly - we are currently preparing the production order.
    • CINE SEASON 2: the pre-order is open, and this project will enter production soon.

    If you’ve joined a HIBI pre-order - you know how hard we work to push projects along - and deliver them as soon as possible. This year was no different.

    Again, we genuinely appreciate all of the support - running a small business has it’s challenges - especially in this economy. We love chatting with you in our Discord, seeing your comments on our social media, and checking your notes at checkout.
