Hey, team, here's a quick update on where we are at with our LNY 2024 pre-orders.

After two rounds of production prototypes, we approved and paid for the manufacturing run in late May. Given this product's size (and weight), we're taking extra caution to ensure everything is perfect. The first round of prototypes was too small, and the paint fill needed to be better.
The current status of Katie's Mahjong Set is in production.
Our manufacturer has received the custom melamine slabs, which have been glued together to form the base of the mahjong tiles. Once the glue sets, which takes some time, the slabs are cut, polished, engraved and painted.
We expect this to take another month or so, given the volume of materials involved is several tonnes.
In the background, we've been working on the additional packaging, including the inner and outer boxes.
We've also begun production on a card version, which we're excited to share with you all soon.
Our manufacturer has taken the following steps to speed up production, although it's not something we want to rush.
1. Purchased additional engraving machines.
2. Purchased a new cutting machine.
As you can see, it's A LOT of material.

Overall, things are progressing nicely, and we're confident that Katie's Mahjong Set will be worth the wait.
