Welcome to the SP-8 updates page.
1 November 2023: Production update
We're nearing completion of SP-8, with only a few components outstanding, being the PCBs and external cases (packaging).
We expect to have both PCBs and packaging at our Melbourne warehouse by the end of the month.
In the meantime, we will begin QC on the aluminium cases and knobs. Once we've completed QC-ing everything, we will assemble the knob, shaft and cradle.
The next update will be when we begin fulfilment, which at this stage is the end of November/early December.
We have a small number of extras on the website, which will be available until exhaustion. Once we have fulfilled pre-orders, the price will increase 10%.
